Molecular sieves production procedure

First step:

Mixxing different raw materials –powders, according to specific compositons rate

Second step:

In the rotating maching, shaping semi-finished products into sphere shape. Usually need to rotate many times to make the different diameter ball into the same diameter balls

Third step:

Selecting  the small balls once and once again, keeping the same diameter's ball as the

semi-finished product

Fourth Step:

Drying the semi-finished product in the machine at high temperature

Fifth step:

Sending the semi-product in the machine, inspect the finished product

  

 

Last step:

Packing products in the carton drum according to customer's requirement
